McMaster choirs have been featured on CBC Radio, and in 2015, the Women’s Choir won First Prize in the National Choir Competition of CBC and Choral Canada. …the longest operating club at the University, dating back more than a century to McMaster’s time as a Baptist College in Toronto. This choir sings an eclectic range of music, from large-scale works to small-scale settings of diverse styles. Steadily gaining recognition for its musically inspired performances, the McMaster University Choir boasts talents from the academic community at large, representing an array of disciplines from across campus, as well as the participation of alumni and faculty. Both choirs enjoy an active schedule of concert performances and informal singing activities both on and off campus.
